Our 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Emerald Packaging offers customers a variety of packaging solutions. We provide everything from wicketed polyethylene bags to laminated stand-up pouches with High Definition 10 color printing. Our converting department not only manufactures zipper and hermetic seal bags, but also produces Inno-lok zipper and laser microperforated and hot needle perforated flexible packages or roll stock. We provide both surface printed and laminate, making Emerald Packaging a one stop shop for your flexible packaging needs.

Our company has also become a leader in sustainable packaging. We offer products, including corn-based plastics and cellulose materials that meet the stringent compostable standards set forth in ASTM D 6400. We've also helped customers design packages to reduce plastic use. Within California we've helped craft legislation to clarify whether a package can be called biodegradable. We've also helped pass laws that regulate plastic pellet containment to ensure no pellets end up in the marine environment.
